About the Role

The Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP) is a dedicated learning and development path for fresh graduates, designed to support your first career steps within a leading global organization through a structured 2-year program.
We are currently looking for a recent graduate to join our new divisional team dedicated to the E-Commerce market as a Software Engineer while being part of this international community of young talents.
This role suits you perfectly if you want to be part of a team responsible for guiding, in connection with local R&D and Engineering teams across the division, the control system & HMI development for automatic packaging solutions and logistics plants.

This position will be based in Fiorano Modenese, Italy.

What You Need to Be Successful

Master’s degree in automation engineering
Good understanding of the English language, both written and oral
Strong aptitude for creating and reinforcing interpersonal relationships
Personal drive and result oriented
Effective communication skills to easily build trust towards colleagues and stakeholders.
