【職務】エレベーター・エスカレーター構成部品のソーシング戦略策定／実行
リスクアセスメント／評価、コストセービング、課員マネジメント
【要件】
購買業務（機械加工や板金加工製品）、マネジメント業務の経験

戦略的アプローチ、戦略的思考

開発プロセスと連動した購買戦略立案及び実行の経験

製造業での業務経験（エレベーター業界、自動車業界、重工業業界、電機業界歓迎）
【求められるスキル・経験】
開発部隊と連動したソーシング戦略企画（新規サプライヤー開拓：海外メーカー含む） コスト分析 QCD、財務の観点によるサプライヤー評価 他部門、APAC、US本社とのコミュニケーション、折衝 ピープルマネジメント、目標管理 サプライヤーとの価格交渉 英語 ビジネスレベル（会議、メール、電話、レポート作成、プレゼンテーション（資料作成と発表））

一次面接：戦略購買部長、NOLEC HRBP、
二次面接：人事取締役、NOLEC Contract Logistics & Parts Center本部長、サプライチェーン統括部長
【Requirements】Experience in procurement operations (machining and sheet metal processing products) and management tasks.
Experience in formulating and executing procurement strategies linked with strategic approach and strategic thinking development processes.
Work experience in manufacturing industries (elevator industry, automotive industry, heavy industry, electrical industry preferred).
【Desired Skills & Experience】
Sourcing strategy planning in collaboration with the development team (including development of new suppliers: including overseas manufacturers). Cost analysis Supplier evaluation from QCD and financial perspectives. Communication and negotiation with other departments, APAC, and the USA headquarters. People management and goal management. Price negotiations with suppliers. Business-level English (meetings, emails, calls, report writing, presentations—both preparation and delivery).
