About the Job:
Our global buying teams will send you many scrap plastic shipments every day. These must be thoroughly examined to ensure that you have a thorough understanding of the product, who it is appropriate for, and a strategy for negotiating top market pricing while under time constraints. You'll be managing new prospects, client growth, and negotiation all at the same time, making this career ideal for a smart trader with excellent time management skills. Capable of daily transaction execution in a dynamic, ever-changing market.
Job Responsibilities:

• Using your sales skills, cold calling, and conducting your own market research to gain new clients.
• Creating supply links with local recycling businesses and carrying out successful export deals
• Internal procedures and policies (CRM, Admin, Trial Policies, Customer Onboarding) must be followed.
• Developing as a leader and contributing to Vanden's objective.
• Increasing your technical understanding of plastics in general.

Job Requirements:

• Important commodity 'On the road' sales experience, achieving financial objectives, and a track record of generating a large volume of new business customers 'from start'
• English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are required.
• A proven track record of selling commodities or products in a volatile market.
• A track record of meeting and surpassing financial goals
• Experience effectively managing existing accounts while also looking for new ones.
• A can-do entrepreneurial mindset with great ethics.
• A great capacity to bargain with clients in order to maximize margins and close sales.
