仕事内容:
Winter School Program at Capital Tokyo International School (CTIS):

• Instructor will teach classes about winter traditions and/or classes based around science kits using English as the language of instruction, with the assistance of Teaching Assistant(s)
• Students will range from grades K5 to G8 (separated into groups)
• Materials will be pre-made and given to instructor prior to start of Winter School Program—instructor need only to review pre-made material and ask any clarifying questions to prepare themselves to smoothly instruct lessons
• Winter School runs for 5 days: December 23rd to 27th (Monday to Friday)
• One, two, or three 45-minute classes per day, depending on subject
• Outsourced commission work (one 45-minute class taught = 3,000 yen)
• Position is temporary + part-time and applicant's current VISA status must allow them to legally work in Japan (we are not able to sponsor VISAs for this position)

Capital Tokyo International School is a new international school established in April 2022. The elementary school opened in April 2022, the middle school in April 2023, the kindergarten in April 2024, and the high school will open in April 2026. The elementary and middle schools are currently IB (International Baccalaureate) candidate schools sequentially.

• Campus: Minami-Azabu Shibuya Building 4th and 5th floor, 4-11-30, Minami-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo
• No remote work
• Smoking is prohibited in the facility

• Commuter Allowance: Round-trip transportation fees from your residential address to the place of work (our Minami-Azabu campus) will be paid for distances more than 2km one way, up to 1,000 yen.

(If the distance between your residential address and the nearest train/subway station is not greater than 2km, then per current labor regulations, the distance falls under the "walkable" category and bus fees to the train/subway station will not be covered. Public transportation for distances greater than 2km will be covered. Requests for additional coverage of transportation fees will not be considered.)
