The Role

• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into core products to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Localize services and algorithms for the Japanese market, including algorithmic verification in English and Japanese.
• Develop advanced algorithms for GUI perception in a dynamic environment.
• Lead the full R&D lifecycle from problem definition to deployment of algorithmic solutions.
• Engage in research while ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to refine data-driven algorithms.

Your Skills
Required Skills and Experience

• Native Japanese proficiency is required.
• Good English proficiency is essential as you will work closely with oversea team members
• Proven hands-on experience with modern web technologies or cloud architectures.
• Strong experience with Java Script is essential

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing or Large Language Models (LLM)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
