Junior Account Manager

• Major job duties

• Manage top and bottom line to grow Givaudan business with assigned customers

• Improve and manage customer relationships within a portfolio of existing and new accounts

• Maintain customer information by keeping a close eye on customer and competitor activity

• Prepare and deliver presentations internally and externally

• Identify and create opportunities to participate in targeted briefs

• Follow KPIs (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate…) against goals and take action as necessary

• Negotiate prices according to guidelines

• Respond to customer complaints and resolve them quickly

• Qualifications:

• Experience in the following areas

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience

• Experience in a similar industry preferred

• Educational background

• University graduate or above (preferred: Chemistry/Science)

• Skills and qualifications, etc.

• PC skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• English: Business level

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers

• Project management experience

• Communication skills

• Presentation and facilitation skills

• Negotiation skills

• High passion for fragrance

• Terms and conditions

• Expected annual salary: 5.6 million to 8.6 million yen. Determined according to company regulations, taking into account previous income, experience, abilities, etc.(excluding overtime)

• Bonus once a year (performance-based bonus)

• Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

• 125 days off per year, including summer, New Year's, and special holidays
