【仕事内容】
A renowned amusement and entertainment company is seeking a Program Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives
• Oversee project portfolios
• Deliver complex projects within budget and timeline constraints
• Work closely with digital and technology teams, business partners, and vendors
• Independently research, analyse, and document initiative tasks
• Coordinate and lead project team meetings
• Manage initiative scope, budget, schedule, risks, and issues
• Follow Program and Agile management methodologies
• Use program management tools for reporting initiative statuses

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information systems, technology, project management, etc.
• 5-7 years of professional experience
• Experience in software engineering
• Prior experience in project management, business analysis, or relevant
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Possess valid Project Management Certification is a plus
• Business level Japanese and English
