Your JobKoch Industries is now hiring a Recruiter to join our APAC Koch Recruiting team, with a primary focus on supporting our portfolio companies in Japan. You will play a critical role in enabling our organization's strategic vision through partnering with our businesses to identify and attract contribution motivated talent.
As part of Koch Recruiting, you will join a dynamic team operating within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. In this role, you will own the full-lifecycle recruitment process for a wide range of technical and non-technical needs across our businesses, including cultivating external and internal talent channels as well as establishing trusted partnerships with key business partners to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be based within a commutable distance to our offices in Yamato, Japan.
What You Will Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - collaborate with hiring supervisors to understand their individual needs and develop effective recruitment strategies; connect with and evaluate external and internal candidates to assess their alignment to job qualifications and our core principles; help facilitate the interview, offer, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract a diverse group of qualified candidates, both internally and outside the organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the businesses - develop relationships with business leaders, hiring supervisors, and business HR partners to understand their business, key priorities and initiatives, and their short/long-term talent strategies; provide hiring supervisors with guidance and best practices throughout the recruitment process; leverage data and market insights to offer well-informed recommendations and influence effective hiring decisions.
• Drive our external agency program in Japan - evaluate current and prospective agency partners; strategically engage agencies to support key requisitions, as needed, based on business priority and impact; own agency relationships and manage all agency engagements, in partnership with the businesses, from start to finish to help generate mutually beneficial results.
• Create a brand-worthy, inclusive experience for all candidates, establishing Koch Industries and our portfolio companies as a preferred employer within the Japan talent market.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, compliance standards, and HR policies, providing necessary guidance throughout the selection process.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Recruiting experience within a corporate and/or agency setting
• Experience leveraging various tools/resources to source candidates and compile market insights (i.e., ATS/CRM, Linked In, local job boards, social media, open web, etc.)
• Bilingual in Japanese (native speaker) and English (business-level proficiency)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience recruiting in the manufacturing industry - electronics manufacturing would be most preferred
• Experience establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders
• Experience evaluating and partnering with 3rd party recruitment agencies
