Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in marketing, preferably product management. Experience in business planning or consultancy is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is required; Medical device industry, especially neurovascular field is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare economic and reimbursement environment and scheme of procedure involving medical devices and market dynamics in Japan
• Bachelor's degree

• Demonstrated leadership proficiencies including critical thinking, data analysis, and insight generation through complicated business situations and opportunities
• Consistent track record in leading internal and external collaboration of teams / stakeholders across the enterprise, using broad range of cross functional skills and perspectives to build alignment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) both in Japanese and English including the ability to understand and present complex concepts clearly and concisely to Leadership team
• Data driven, logical and methodical approach. Strength in data analysis and financial modelling
• Strong project management skills including prioritizing multiple demands within timelines
• Autonomous, self-starter who can take leadership
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com/Dynamics 365) and BI (Tableau/Power Apps) tools
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically, on occasion

Strategy & Pipeline Staff
【仕事内容】
Looking for a candidate to join the Strategy & Pipeline team at a neurovascular market-leading medical device manufacturer

• Contribute to achieve business plans of Cerenovus franchise through strategic planning and pipeline project activities
• Develop short to long-term business plan based on business model
• Create and maintain business plan model by integrating quantitative analysis from market dynamics, product roll-out/lifecycle, organization, and sales strategies, and competitors' activities, and by validating with facts obtained from various data sources
• Work collaboratively with other teams for pipeline management, new product launch planning, commercialization planning, product phase-in/out planning, field analysis, health economic analysis, reimbursement strategy etc.
• Develop pipeline/portfolio planning based on mid/long term franchise strategy with local Marketing and global Marketing & R&D teams
• Design and implement structure and processes to maximize operational efficiency and productivity with innovation
• Lead market analysis and research with external vendors to generate insights for strategy development
• Undertake market research and data analysis as requested
• Provide logistical support for strategy related events and organize team events
