Responsibilities

• Perform full-body waxing for women and various services for men.
• Greet guests warmly and friendly.
• Drive and exceed individual key performance indicators by providing exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
• Educate guests about current EWC promotions and our product offerings, highlighting their benefits when used with waxing.
• Assess each guest’s skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Execute all waxing services with professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and high customer service standards.
• Follow cleaning and sanitizing protocols.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with guests.
• Respond positively to coaching and performance objectives

Pay: $20.74 - $35.00 per hour
