Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Training and Recruitment Manager to join our leadership team. In this dual-property role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of training programs and recruitment strategies for both Sofitel Luxembourg Europe and Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal. Your mission will be to attract top talent, enhance employee skills, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment:
  
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for both properties.
  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from job postings to interviews and on-boarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with Sofitel’s brand values and operational requirements.
  • Foster partnerships with local educational institutions and industry networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Training & Development:
  
  • Implement comprehensive training programs that align with Sofitel’s standards and enhance employee performance.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Lead on-boarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are fully integrated and aligned with Sofitel’s service culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and employee engagement.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
  
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on talent development, employee relations, and retention strategies.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and high performance.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs to enhance morale and productivity.
• Compliance & Reporting:
  
  • Ensure all training and recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on training activities, recruitment metrics, and employee development outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment trends, training progress, and workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment, training, and development - ideally within the luxury hospitality industry, but this is not compulsory.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and recruitment trends.
• Proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Passionate about hospitality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
