Originally, Business Training specialized in IT technical and end-user trainings (Windows, MS Office, etc.). A few years ago, our company widened the range of its training catalogue to also meet the increasing demand for best-of-breed management courses (PRINCE2®, IPMA, ITIL, etc.).

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Officer speaking french and english.

Your main responsibilities

Review and enhance current encryption processes to ensure data protection and compliance with DORA requirements

Evaluate and implement robust authentication mechanisms to secure access to critical systems and data

Develop and oversee a comprehensive security patch management program to address vulnerabilities promptly

Establish and maintain monitoring protocols to detect, report, and mitigate suspicious activities and security incidents

Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified vulnerabilities

Assist in the creation and implementation of cybersecurity procedures and processes in line with DORA regulations

Develop a DOR Testing program

Design and develop a cyberattack recovery plan to ensure rapid and effective response to cyber incidents

Work closely with IT, CISO, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive implementation of cybersecurity measures

Your profile

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in IT security

Fluent in french and english

Technical Skills:
Applicative/Infrastructure Architectures

Scripting

TCP/IP & SSL/TLS

Check Point, Fortinet, F5 Big IP, QRadar

Symmetric and asymmetric cryptography

Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, Linux & Open LDAP

ISO2700/2, PCI-DSS, NIST, ...

Are considered as a plus:
GSEC, GCIH, CISSP
