German Corporate Officer - Your Role :
As a Corporate Officer Germanophone, you will be the primary contact for German-speaking clients, managing a diverse portfolio of international clients and providing precise legal advice. Key responsibilities include the management of client entities, coordinating general meetings, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with internal and external teams. This role offers a stimulating environment that values teamwork and independence.

German Corporate Officer - Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience, is fluent in German, and proficient in French or English. The company seeks a methodical, organized, and proactive team player with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
German Corporate Officer - What We Offer :

• Flexible Hours: 8 AM to 6 PM, with the option to start as late as 9:30 AM. No time clock, remote work possible.
• Competitive Salary: Up to €70,000 gross per year, plus a discretionary bonus and meal vouchers worth €10.80.
• Development: Regular training and bi-annual performance evaluations.
