Job Description
Your main responsibilities include:
- Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales
- Create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers
- Continuously follow up sales reports and KPIs and implement relevant visual actions
- You take responsibility for developing your team and constantly improving your department, always focusing on the customer and results.
- Always act as Sales Advisor and be a role model for customer service
Qualifications
We are looking for
- You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way
- You enjoy working with a diverse team
- You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise yours and your team’s work.
- You like creating structure, working with numbers and analysing of sales figures
- You are flexible and able to adapt to different circumstances.
- You have experience in working in a high traffic retail environment, managing a team and providing a high level of customer service.
- You have a good understanding of fashion and styling skills.
