Your Role

As a payroll specialist you will enter a dynamic payroll team and you will take care of the payroll of our employees in Luxembourg. You will closely work together with your colleagues in Luxembourg as well as your colleagues in Belgium.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the payroll of LUX: Maintain meticulous records, ensuring all payroll data is up-to-date, organized, and audit-ready.
• You will follow the internal rules and procedures and you will implement new agreements/rules in the payroll.
• You have experience in project management and in the set-up of checks/efficiency gains in payroll.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure seamless integration of payroll data, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
• Champion Employee Support: Provide exceptional support by resolving payroll inquiries swiftly and ensuring every employee understands their compensation.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyse payroll trends and identify opportunities to enhance processes, driving continuous improvement within the department.

Your Skills and Experiences

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a payroll specialist or a similar experience within a fiduciary or consultancy company.
• Think and Do: you are analytical, but you are not stuck in your head. You like to get hands-on and make things happen.
• You demonstrate exceptional ability to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency.
• You are used to work within an international team but you can also perform some tasks independently.
• You are French and English speaking. German is an asset.
• Excel has no secrets for you!
• Knowledge of Alicia/Primetime is a plus.
