Main duties and responsibilities

If you join our Purchasing department, your daily work will consist of:

Raising and confirming orders using KSoft and Neter ;
Processing purchase demands and managing order processing ;
Negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost savings and advantageous terms ;
Ensuring purchases from approved suppliers ;
Managing supplier data and relationships, including negotiations ;
Using the SRM system for reporting meeting minutes ;
Creating price comparisons, purchase orders, claims, and debit notes ;
Sourcing new suppliers and handle IVE invoices ;
Meeting performance objectives and adhere to company policies ;
Applying and respect QSE policies.

Requirements
