We currently have a vacancy for a Python Developer (LLM expertise) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:
- Develop specific logic, workflows, and architecture for LLM-based application prototypes tailored to real-world use cases (e.g., generating summaries, reports, and replies);
- Build and maintain LLM-based applications using third-party proprietary models such as those available in Azure Open AI or locally hosted models via Hugging Face);
- Develop and maintain vector databases to enhance LLM applications through Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), improving output relevance;
- Design and deploy LLM prototypes in cloud environments, particularly Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance;
- Understanding and implementation of security and data protection;
- Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
- University degree combined with 7 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Experience of Angular, Java Script, Web Services, Python, SOAP and REST;
- Good knowledge of vectorisation and embeddings and working with vector stores and vector databases;
- Good knowledge of using techniques such as vectorisation, chunking, semantic similarity and search, and ranking for retrieval augmented generation in LLM-based applications;
- Good knowledge of Type Script and Java Script frameworks such as Node.js and Angular;
- Proficiency with using cloud services such as Azure Open AI, and deploying and maintaining application prototypes in a cloud environment, particularly Azure;
- Good knowledge of fundamental front-end languages technologies such as HTML and CSS;
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git;
- Experience with Azure Open AI or Amazon Bedrock are assets;
- Excellent command of the English language.
