Asst Manager, Credit Evaluation Mortgage

We are currently looking for talents to:

To evaluate, recommend and approve loans with lending limits for the respective assigned regions.
To evaluate and recommend loans for approval beyond their authority.
To manage disagreements on credit decision with sales personnel.
To assist the Team Leader in managing approval turnaround time for their respective regions.
Manager role will have the approval authority on the loan applications

Criteria:

A recognized Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance or related disciplines.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results.
