  • Responsible for smooth kitchen production
  • Prepare western food & local cuisine
  • Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
  • Maintain & manage proper stock for smooth running of operations
  • Controlling and directing the food preparation process
  • Ordering raw materials
  • Added knowledge of bakery skills such as bread, cakes, buns, tarts and cookies
  • Preform any others tasks as may be required from time to time from the management
