As a Commercial Support Executive in P&G, you will provide support to the Brand and Sales team to achieve business objectives and goals. You will manage system administrative support for the Commercial team and coordinate organization and divisional events management.

Since at P&G we believe that execution is the only strategy that the consumer sees, you will have a chance to implement Commercial plans/activities. Customer management and market landscape are also part of the job to enable you to make better plans & build the business even more moving forward.
Altogether, you will set priorities and follow through on commitments, work effectively with diverse groups of people, and demonstrate creativity, agility, and initiative, and be an excellent communicator.

Your team
You will report to the Commercial Director – Beauty for Malaysia and Singapore and will be immersed in a great working environment with good diversity & inclusion between colleagues and peers.

• Full ownership, high accountability, and discipline to deliver high quality support with speed to the Commercial Team
• An expert and solution driver to the internal Commercial Team

Responsibilities of the role

• Lead to organize, coordinate and support all marketing assets & activities.
• Compilation and analysis of market intelligence & shares performance.
• Liaison with 3rd party to manage Inventory, POS, Redressing & other brand related operational work.
• System & administrative support for sales & marketing.
• Ensure proper compliance & stewardship are follow through & in proper record.
• All other related tasks/projects management as and when assigned by superior

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline
• Good organizing skills
• Advanced Excel Skills and Knowledge of Power BI is plus.
• Good Analysis Skills
• Good basic solving problem skills
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
• Ability to work as one team
• Familiar with MS Office and fast learner of internal processes.
