Job Description:

• Perform calling to overseas
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Able to speak English.
• Update existing data
• Manage and organize records and files
• Basic research skills (social media particularly Linked In)performance/report
• Prepare relevant reports as needed
• Undertake any other activities and projects as given by the management
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our marketing data.
• Records customer inquiries on CRM
• Update CRM Management System

Requirements

• Candidate must possess relevant degree or working experience as data entry.
• Knowledge on Linked In and Social Medias.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in KL.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well under time-sensitive conditions with tight deadlines.
• Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00)
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
