Job Description:
We are a growing vehicle company seeking three motivated individuals to join our telemarketing/digital marketing team for vehicle insurance renewals. You will be responsible for:
  • Renewing vehicle insurance for existing customers.
  • Following up with previous customers.
  • Assisting in creating new car insurance policies.
  • Finding and engaging new customers for insurance renewals.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Scope:
  • Engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Promote vehicle insurance services and offer suitable options to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and customer outreach.
  • Achieve monthly targets for renewals and new insurance sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or digital marketing (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided).
  • Age between 23 to 35 years old.
  • Diploma in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from the manager.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and respectful towards team members.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
