DRSC - Analyst, Reputation and Risk Group (DESC)

Location:Kuala Lumpur, MY

• Review, monitor, and ensure the timely completion of entity updates in DESC including its corporate entity trees
• Support the internal clients by providing information on operational matters related to basic DESC and SRM processes
• Review and monitor service requests in SRM to ensure approval/decisions are obtain on a timely manner
• Assist in the DESC periodic review and other requirements of Global, as necessary (e.g. verification process)
• Assist in gathering information for critical/complex cases in DESC/SRM that needs escalation with DESC Manager/Senior Manager
• Assist in monitoring aging items identified in the DESC Dashboard on a weekly and monthly basis
• Assist in other DESC/SRM matters as and when necessary

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in the risk/business management field or experienced assistants having 1-2 years the appropriate background and experience
• Ability to conduct research and analyse results
• Working with initiative within agreed processes, managing workload effectively, meeting deadlines
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work within our team and across our business
• A high level of IT user ability, including database entry and use. Time will be allowed for adaptation to in-house risk management tools
• Working/work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
