HR Intern

ur company is a leading logistics service provider from China to Malaysia, offering a wide range of services including sea and air shipping LCL, money transfer solutions, and full container services. We are currently looking for a Human Resource Intern to join our team and assist with the day-to-day operations of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screens.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- We are seeking a dedicated individual fluent in Mandarin and English to join our team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior HR experience is a plus but not required.
- Gain hands-on experience in logistics and operations in a fast-paced environment
