Intern - Software Specialist

Role Description & Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing and resolving software requests
Managing the Request for Change (Rf C) process
Collaborate with internal experts worldwide to discover software solutions
Contribute to the Quintiq software Knowledge Base (KB) with new findings

Qualifications

A final year student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. Third years are welcomed to apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Great analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solution driven, customer friendly personality, comfortable working with people at every level of the company
6 - 8 months availability (6 minimum mandatory)
