Job Description
Tasks:
- To assist with Human Resource Helpdesk daily operations involves research and resolve all associates issues and concerns and the 1st level support for basic Human Resource Shared Service Function.
- Assist in employee queries pertaining to Payroll, Over Time, Leaves and so on.
- Support in testing of automation planned for Human Resource Shared Services.
- Assist with testing of upcoming Change Request from stake holders.
- Human Resource Services process revision/update includes identifies opportunity to improve Human Resource Operation Services and processes.
- Document work instruction involves updating documentation or work instruction when the department receive latest procedure for a request
Qualifications
- Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resource.
- Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
- Required language(s): Fluent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills, Good communication skill, Customer Service & Programming (advantage)
