Job Summary
Executing the machining operation as per routing

- Machined the part as per engineering drawing
- Perform dimension inspection
- Able too run Turnmill/Large lathe machine
Roles & Responsibility
- Interpret engineering drawing and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
- Execute the machining operation as per routing
- Machine the part as per engineering drawing
- Operate Turnmill/Large lathe machine
- Monitor machining parameter and feedback to programmer if necessary
- Perform dimension inspection
- Perform fixture, tool and part set up
- Maintain the good housekeeping at workplace
- Report all daily activities via MII Systems
- Wearing required PPE while doing the work
- Comply to all HSSE requirement
- Provide assistance to superior whenever required
- Ensure compliance to all health, safety and environment policies
Minimum Job Qualifications
Minimum 3 years hand on experience in operating Turnmill/Large lathe machine
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma Trade Certificate in Metal or Precision Engineering
