Position Summary

Key Accountability

• Handling OCFY: movement flight and trigger manual notification to passengers.
• Handling SCN for new services, cancellation, or retiming.
• Assist on creating FIM booking FY operating.
• Assist on creating NTL booking FY operating.
• Assist on ticketing / check in enquiries.
• Reinstate booking codeshare operated FY for non- synchronization issue.
• Transferring passenger from FY to MH/MW due to disruption and manage the connections.
• Ad-hoc task pertaining to FY operating and FY marketing disruptions.

Qualification & Working Experience

• SPM/SPMV with at least 2 years working experience preferably in ticketing and reservations. Have experience in related field and understanding flight operations.
• Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in sponsorship operations, event management, or administrative roles.

Area of Experience

• Experience in related field and understanding flight operations.

Personality Traits

• Knowledge in Amadeus / Navitaire reservation & ticketing skills
• Good problem solving and facilitation skills.
• Good customer service orientation.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and IT literate .
