JOB SUMMARY
Helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products to ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times
REQUIREMENTS
· SPM/ STPM/ Diploma
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Required language English / Bahasa Malaysia (Third language will be an added advantage)
· Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated
· Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends and public holidays.
· Good communication skills
· Having a friendly and engaging personality
· Full-time and part-time positions available.
· Able to work on shifts, weekends,s and public holidays.
· Have your own transport.
Job Responsibilities
· To assist the pharmacists in the outlet.
· To process sales transactions for medications, supplements, and other pharmaceutical supplies.
· Arrange inventory for medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
· Process sales transactions for medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.
· Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service to meet customer expectations.
· Assist in prescription & consultation.
· Able to identify the right medication according to condition.
· Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
