Responsibilities :

• To develop goals & objectives & to lead team members.
• To prepare, propose & execute marketing plan, budgets & progress report.
• To promote & sell company products & service ie. guest rooms, conference and function facilities to individual, corporate, government sector, industrial, travel agent & associations.

• To monitor, maintain corporate clients accounts & prepare clientele analysis.

• To follow-up on clients requests, feedback & provide prompt outstanding service.

• To ensure smooth running of all functions & events.

• To maintain existing & expand new account with aggressive sales & marketing strategies.

• To survey / research competitors products & services & prepare proposal.

• To maintain a good rapport with clients.

Requirement :

• Proven track record in hospitality industry.

• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positions.

• Preferably specialized in Hotel Management / Tourism Services or equivalent.

• Good leadership & time management skills.

• Good interpersonal & communication skills.

• Matured : self-motive; positive attitude; strong network.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

• Process own transport & valid driving license.
