Sales Engineer

  • Responsible of utilize knowledge of company products and services to establish connections with existing or potential customers
  • Develop pitches for business or demand development, generating sales leads
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and meeting customers' needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase customers' engagement and spending
  • Go in the field to understand and communicate market trends and realities to office.
  • Explore new business opportunity within the in-charged region
  • To be one of the key contact points of customer to work with Engineering team to handle any customer’s issue, enquiries and request promptly and professionally
  • Ensure effective ongoing support for all machines installed at customers’ side and service provided is of the highest quality
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Superior
Job Requirements
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree or Post-graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Electronic), Marketing, Business or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales role within the semiconductor industry
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and internationally within the SEA Region
  • Strong familiarity with diverse cultures and business practices across SEA countries
  • Experience working with various semiconductor setups - OSATS, IDM, ODM etc.
  • Language requirement(s): Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
