Job Summary:
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Industry Services, in Singapore you will drive and grow the business development activities in Failure Analysis in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and grow the Failure Analysis services in Malaysia for new account acquisitions.
• Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements, design a solution that can best meet the Clients’ requirements.
• Participate and coordinate lead generation activities, including customer workshops, tradeshows, and company events.
• Develop presentation material and demonstration scenarios for sales presentations.
• Communicate the business requirements to project/implementation team after completion of sales to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stage.
• Collaborate with Technical Manager and operations team to identify, drive and develop new service capabilities.
• Collaborate with relevant business units in ASEAN and our strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realisation where applicable.
• Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners

Requirements:

• Ability to travel within ASEAN up to a maximum of 25% of the time
• Minimum a Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of sales experience in B2B environment preferably gained in an international organization
• Familiarity with ASEAN culture, markets, and customer base, especially in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
• Capability to lead and coach a sales team ensure business objectives are met in a timely fashion.
• Strategic thinking with strong clarity of thoughts and the ability to articulate and present information in a clear fashion for practical implementation.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
