Job Role:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales planning.
· Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
· Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
· Conduct regular sales pipeline meetings to review progress, identify challenges, and ensure alignment with sales goals.
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
· Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
· Oversee purchasing activities, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and aligned with sales forecasts
· Create and implement competitive pricing strategies that align with market conditions, customer expectations, and company profitability goals
· Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
· Identify new market segments and business opportunities for the business.
Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM or higher. Diploma/Degree in marketing is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the automotive or brake systems industry.

• Knowledge of personal computer is essential.

• Can work independently and responsible, pleasant and customer experience focused.

• Possess own transport and must be willing to travel extensively, travel within Malaysia, mostly go between Klang valley & JB.

• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the roles requires to deal with Mandarin speaking client, proficient in English and/or Malay, oral and written.

• Commission based. The remuneration package will commensurate with your qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
