SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
● Develop and implement sales strategies, plans and initiatives in the material handling market.
●To identify and pursue new business opportunities in the project and rental market segments.
● To develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
●Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
MARKET RESEARCH, MARKET ANALYSIS & SALES STRATEGY FORMULATION
● To perform analysis on market trends & segmentation, customers’ needs and competitor offerings & their competitive advantage.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
● To provide timely feedback & action plan management for strategic sales & marketing planning.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
● Manage the sale budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial goals.
SALES TEAM DEVELOPMENT
● Train, mentor and develop the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales skills and overall performance.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AND CUSTOMER RETENTION
●To shortlist potential customers such as engineering consultants, developers and major contractors through conducting cold calls, trade events, networking sessions and sales visits.
●To maintain regular & friendly communication & follow up with key customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
● To ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
●To have a good understanding on the profile and buying needs of existing and potential customers and expand company’s support and businesses, by providing professional pre-sales and post-sales technical support and services.
●To prepare and submit monthly customer visitation and sales reports to the top management.

• Shall possess a diploma or a bachelor's degree in engineering. Additional certifications in marketing, business administration and/or hand-on experiences in these areas will be an added advantage. Shall be proficient with MS Words, MS Excel & Power Point Presentation software.
• Shall have minimum 3 years’ experience working in the construction industry with proven sales of equipment and machinery products.
• Shall possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to converse in English, Malay, and Chinese dialect
• Shall possess own transport and ready to travel as and when required to Klang Valley, and/or any places in peninsular Malaysia.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
