Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be in-charge of handling the logistic process for imported fruits to Klang Valley (north Malaysia planned in the future) and Singapore.
• Deliveries in Malaysia will be to KLIA, then to retailers such as restaurants, cafés, supermarket, fruit parlours, etc.
• Deliveries in Singapore will be to Changi airport (customers will arrange their own transport from here).
• Liaise with logistics partners and authorities for effective arrangement of deliveries.
• Handle all necessary documentations for import/export.
• Prepare service quotation and shipping schedule advice to customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery process and resolve complications/issues.
• Provide feedback to management regarding best practices.
• Travel out of office if necessary (to KLIA or customs office).
• Company will start with around 5 ~ 10 fruits by air-freight, then expand to more fruits and include sea-freight.

Job Requirement:

• At least 3 years of experience in handling of import/export, preferably in fruits or FMCG.
• Must be knowledgeable in handling customs and all necessary documentations.
