Functions :
As a Talent Acquisition - AI Social Media & Events Automation specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating and implementing strategies to attract and engage job seekers, coordinating events, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful talent acquisition - by incorporating AI to automate the processes as smart as we can.
Your duties will include sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, managing job listings, and maintaining relationships with hiring employers and job seekers.
You are expected to love people and adore the beauty of automation in getting productivity achieved with a more "smarter" resources utilisation.

Requirements :
Someone who likes relating to people, enjoying interacting with people every day with good follow up skill
Good interest, knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their use for talent acquisition (training would be provided for the successful candidates)
Passionate with reasonable experience in planning and executing events
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and software (training provided)
A Degree or Diploma in any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
