As Account Manager you will be responsible for achieve sales targets and build strong partnership with local accounts. Contribute to future strategies and generate new growth opportunities.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide personalized attention to assigned customer by detecting specific needs and creating solutions according to what is required.
• Identify business growth opportunities.
• Developing strategies to increase company sales in Local Customers
• Coordinate with the related areas for pre and post-sale (development, operation and financial teams) to ensure the correct management of each Account and to achieve the financial targets
• Proactive detect and generate new businesses in strategic regions.

You Bring

• Bachelor´s degree in business, chemistry, financial or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Perfumery Industry.
• Proven experience in Sales and Distribution business.
• Strategic thinking and commercial mindset.
• Good team player that promotes collaboration.
• Effective communication skills and ability to create strong relationship.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, prioritize and implement actions to achieve targets and objectives.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
