• Communicate effectively while working with all levels of the organization to champion change
• Independently analyze a wide-variety of financial systems & processes
• Actively participate on teams to provide financial expertise
• Serve as liaison between global process owners & financial systems
• Recommend, design & test creative solutions that challenge traditional processes

• Requires a 4-year degree, preferably in accounting
• Must demonstrate initiative, leadership, good judgment and the ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrate very good communication skills and have a knowledge of Caterpillar businesses, products, suppliers and customers
• 2-4 years of accounting experience is recommended.
• Experience with LN including finance master data, transactions, & reporting highly desired
• Must be willing to relocate to Tijuana, Mexico
