About the location:
An urban oasis in the heart of the city. About the role

Collaborate with other hotel staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure a seamless and coordinated service experience for guests.
Work closely with event planners or organizers to coordinate and execute special events and functions held at the hotel.
Create and curate a rotating menu of monthly seasonal cocktails to offer guests a unique and diverse experience.
Experiment with new recipes and ingredients to stay innovative and on-trend in the ever-evolving world of mixology.
Collaborate with the kitchen to pair cocktails with seasonal menu offerings.
Monitor and manage the bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste.
Actively engage with guests to build rapport and encourage repeat business.

What you bring

Previous experience in luxury hotels and resorts is preferred.

Previous experience in bartending and spirit and cocktail knowledge.

Proficiency in spanish and intermediate english.

Schedule & Hours:

Schedule built sunday through sudnay, with 1 weekly day off pertaining operations.
