Community Manager
Requirements
Social media management:
- Detection and generation of biased content programming and publishing content on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tiktok)
- Use of tools like Emplifi Data analysis, creation of social listening
- Preparation of reports and crisis detection
- Speaking English
Skills
Proactive
Teamwork
Communication
Good spelling and writing
Experience in customer service, service oriented and problem solving
Frustration tolerance
