We are hiring Crew Members for Cool Sips
Cool Sips is a premium fountain beverage concept (drinks only) opening at Rockefeller Center in the heart of New York City.
Job Description
Crew Members are responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Crew Members primary role will be to prepare and serve drinks, take orders, and provide excellent customer service at the counter. Additionally, it is essential that Crew Members embrace Cool Sips’ culture by learning and living our Mission Statement:

Duties and Responsibilities
· Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have about our drinks.
· Making quality Cool Sips’ beverages by following product specifications or customer requests.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure all customer orders are prepared quickly and accurately.
· Keep the counter and work area clean and organized, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are available and ready to use.
· Ensure orders placed at POS are inputted accurately and payments are processed correctly.

Compensation and Benefits
· $17 per hour.
· Paid Time Off accrual for full-time employees.
Position Requirements
No experience necessary.
6 months food and/or beverage service preferred.
Experience with cash handling and at least one POS system highly preferred.
Punctuality and reliability.
Physical Demands
The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
