Data Analyst

We are seeking a data analyst to support our procurement category and operations teams through data-driven insights and recommendations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with category management teams to optimize sourcing, quantify savings, and procurement processes. Your analyses will support critical business decisions, drive cost efficiencies, and elevate the procurement function's contributions to the business.

Your analyses will support critical business decisions, drive cost efficiencies, and elevate the procurement function's contributions to the business.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Modeling, calculating, and analyzing savings based on contracts, quotes, and spend.
- Identify, capture, and analyze procurement-related data to support decision-making.
- Create and manage Power BI reports, dashboards, and apps, as well as databases and tools.
- Support information governance and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with category teams to model and identify opportunities.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making, planning, and solution development to enhance procurement operations.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Performing other tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an analytical position or relevant industry work experience.
- Familiarity with databases and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, M, Python, R, MATLAB).
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, Power BI (preferred), and Python.
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills.
