We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Community Manager to foster and grow our online and offline communities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and engaging with community members, ensuring that our brand voice is represented authentically across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance member interaction and satisfaction.
Monitor and respond to community inquiries and comments across various platforms in a timely and friendly manner.
Organize and facilitate online and offline community events, webinars, and meetups.
Create and curate relevant content for community platforms, including social media, forums, or newsletters.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
Track and analyze community metrics to assess engagement and satisfaction levels.
Prepare regular reports on community growth, engagement trends, and feedback for management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, influencers, and other stakeholders.
Advocate for the community's needs and interests within the organization.
Ensure that the brand's voice, tone, and messaging are consistent and resonate with community members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and community best practices to enhance the community experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Designer, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve community engagement.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships.

Benefits:

Base salary ranges from $16,000 MXN to $19,000 MXN, varying based on experience.
