Job Description:
The company is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Bilingual Energy Market Analyst to join its growing team. In this role, the analyst will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to industrial clients across Mexico. The position involves analyzing energy consumption data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and presenting clear and concise reports to clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the analyst will interact directly with plant managers, finance teams, and maintenance personnel.
Responsibilities:

• Generate comprehensive monthly reports that analyze clients' energy bills, consumption patterns, and contracted products.
• Identify and clearly explain areas of opportunity for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Deliver engaging presentations to clients in both English and Spanish, effectively communicating complex data and technical recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on energy-related matters.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and questions regarding electricity, capacity, natural gas, photovoltaic generation, Mexican energy regulations, and clean energy certificates.
• Proficiently use Excel for data analysis and Power Point for presentation creation.
• Collaborate effectively with upper management in the US to execute daily consulting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field (energy industry experience is a plus).
• Native or professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client facilities within Mexico.
