• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting
• Knowledge of Oracle Accounts Payable Module (Preferred)
• Knowledge of basic tax procedures (VAT and miscellaneous fees)
• Experience in General accounting or Finance Shared Services
• Advanced English
• General knowledge of accounting / finance with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
• Good analytical skills are required
• Proactive with a drive for process improvements and addressing customer needs
• Highly organized with good communication skills
• Strong orientation to customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail is required
• Goal oriented and focused on results

What you will be doing:

• Invoice capturing into Oracle activities
• Monitor the approval of invoices for prompt payment
• Prepare reconciliations and the respective entries of the AP accounts
• Prepare bank account reconciliations
• Manage monthly fixed assets depreciation and amortizations
• Support cross-training within FSS team to be back up when needed
• Support Finance projects or FSS initiatives to enhance/automate processes
• Follow and compliance of internal policies and procedures
