The F P&A Analyst is responsible for compiling the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process. Works with all business functions to analyze actual results versus expectations and build accurate future expectations. Publishes monthly standard business performance reports and ad hoc analysis. Defines and implements standard work processes to gain efficient and accurate financial reporting. Performs financial results analysis to identify variations and trends that indicate possible exposures. Includes Financial Systems.
This position is part of the Finance and Accounting located in Mexico City and will be onsite.
The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Finance/Engineering Background)
• Information systems proficiency required (MS Office tools, Oracle, One Stream)
• Solid planning and forecasting skills
• Robust knowledge of Corporate reporting and planning systems preferred
• 3 to 5 years of progressive working experience and roles in e.g. Finance, FP&A, financial control, management reporting and analysis, preferably within an international and corporate environment
