• Master at least 2-3 modules in the Workday HCM product suite
• Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing.
• Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
• Assist the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
• Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.
• Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.
• Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
• Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.

• 3+ years of functional experience in HCM, Core Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation or Learning software systems
• 3+ years Consulting experience.
• English communication skills, written and verbal, Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

• 3+ years experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Passion for customer service

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
• Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.
