We are seeking an experienced Imports Sea Freight Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mexico City. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about logistics, customer service, and managing import operations with precision and efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Receive and control shipping documents to ensure accurate processing.

• Coordinate customs clearance with external customs brokers.

• Track and monitor shipments, maintaining clear communication with involved parties.

• Manage data entry and operational processes in the ABS system.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and timely updates.

• Handle import documentation, including packing lists and letters of instruction.

• Coordinate on-carriage services and ensure operational accuracy.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years in sea freight imports or logistics.

• Background in international business, foreign trade, or logistics.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written communication emphasized).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong familiarity with import documentation processes.

• Quick learner capable of navigating a steep learning curve in processes and information.

• Maintain efficiency while managing a significant volume of operations.

• Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
