Job Summary
As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students and educators in a classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with student's recess, lunch and nap times. Strong behavior management skills are necessary and knowledge of the Montessori philosophy is an enormous strength in providing support to ensure a positive learning experience.
Skills
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with educators
- First aid certification is desirable
- Experience in childcare or related fields
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to educate and engage children
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.82 - $21.84 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
