What you can look forward to as Operations Manager:

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, supervising and controlling the optimal functioning of the operation, achieving the established metrics, in accordance with the company's guidelines, policies, procedures and quality, safety and environmental criteria.
Disciplinary Leadership of the Production in production unit
Leading the Production Unit Management Team
Drive the Organization in achieving operational performance/ budgets, ensuring the achievement of Production targets of Performance, Quality performance, Customer Delivery Performance, Production Volumes, Manufacturing Costs, Productivity, Working Capital, Profit, Cash and long term business objectives.
Plan the production of all plant lines.
Meet daily customer deliveries in production and service requirements.
Produce quality products and meet zero defect objectives and/or establish strategies to achieve this.
Manage and verify the correct launch of new platforms/products.
Meet the required volumes with the quality specifications requested by the client.

Your Profile as Operations Manager:

5+ Years solid working experience in Operations and relevant functions
2+ Years leadership experience
Transformation competence and organizational development skills
Business / Finance Management Acumen
In Dept- Knowledge in safety, Quality, Delivery and Production
Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing and CI
ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and 45001
Core Tools AMEF, PPAP, MSA, APQP, SPC, CP
English: Advanced
